I could cook eggs on my shoulders right now, they’re so hot. WOW!

By far, this has been the most grueling of all the strength P90x Fitness DVDs out there! WOW!

I went to failure several times – with the pushups, with the shoulder extensions, with the pushups, did I mention the pushups? with the pushups…..WOW!

Truly this was a great way to start the day, except for the fact my deltoids are kinda sorta whimpering at me at this moment . My favorite parts of this workout were (you guessed it) the pushups, the side pushups and the weights exercises. And Ab Ripper X, of course, was the usual typical joy. :)

Still rhapsodizing (and that’s Day 29!),
